Full Description
On E side of B1061 road, overlooking road junction and small, wooded green at Little Thurlow.
[with site location PLAN drawn on form]. Small type 22 pillbox. Unprotected entrance with rifle embrasure to the left. Concrete shelf under each embrasure. Brick-lined interior. Brick Y-shaped anti-ricochet wall. Set into a bank almost up to embrasure level. The embrasures (other than the one in the entrance face) are large, without metal lining. Faces E.
