Full Description

Located at SW end of the London Road railway bridge, Crane Hall, Ipswich. A type 22 pillbox with external blast wall (S1). Second World War Type 22 hexagonal pillbox; single-storey, flat concrete roof, protected entrance in rear wall. Located at the South-West end of the London Road railway bridge, Crane Hall, Ipswich (S2).
