Full Description

Roadside burial of 1731 recorded in parish register. "Elizabeth Rawe seputa fuit in trivia loco vulgo dicto Sowley Green - buried in the 3 ways in this place commonly called Sowley Green, because with her right hand, she killed herself" (S1; East Anglian daily Times 30 April 1904).
