Monument record BSE 420 - Hospital Road; Grange of Richard Worsted (1354)

Site of 'The Grange of Richard Worsted, chaplain', in 1354. was situated outside the Westgate abutting on the tenement called le lymkell [limekiln] W; Dycheweye E; le lymkell N and highway S (S1)(R1).
Various documents listing abuttals to Barrow Charity Lands, Chevington Way (later Hospital Road) record grange/s and land of Convent (1457), barn and 1 acre abutting former land of late monastery (1569 and later) etc (S3). Could the 'grange' be the same as that later referred to as a barn?
This description correlates with the area to the north of Hospital Road (see HBSMR mapping) with a limepit and limekilns to the north (BSE 076); the former Dycheweye (St Andrews Street South) to the east; the highway (Chevington Way, now Hospital Road) to the south and the former access way and further parts of BSE 076 (plus BSE 341) to the west.
The exact position of the former grange (and associated structures presumably) is unknown but must sit within this relatively small area.
Four and Six Hospital Road (Listed timber framed house of C16/C17 date pricipally) is the only significant building shown within this area on Warren's 1747 map (S2).
