Full Description

Archaeological monitoring of footings dug for a new garage found no deposits of archaeological interest. A buried topsoil layer is interpreted as a possible plough soil, and a large amount of tree roots were noted throughout with conifers forming the property boundary within 2m of the footings (S1).
