Full Description

Small smock mill, originally a drainage mill near Yarmouth. Moved and convereted to a corn mill c. 1840 and worked by wind until 1916 when the cap was blown off. It ran with an engine until the 1930's and is now derelict. There were four patent sails, a boat shaped cap, and a fantail. The two paris of stones remain in place (S1). Visible on the 1st edition OS map (S2).
