Full Description

Hadleigh railway station opened in 1847 and closed to passenger traffic in 1932. Freight services to the station continued until 1965. The station was situated at the terminus of Hadleigh line (HAD 070) which ran from Bentley station (BTY 035). The station has since been converted into a private residence. The first edition Ordnance Survey map shows various buildings and cranes around the existing station building that have since been demolished.
