2009: Archaeological monitoring revealed two pits were exposed and an industrial hearth or (?) kiln on the border of the property to the north. All the features dated to the 19th century. The industrial feature is not marked on the 1880 Ordnance Survey map. No earlier archaeological features were exposed in the footings trenches due to the limited excavations (S1).
