Full Description
February 2015. Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Beauty National Mapping Programme.
A Second World War bomb crater is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs (S1-S2) on land to the south of Dunwich Forest, Westleton. It is difficult to determine from recent photography whether the earthwork is still extant, but it is assumed to have been levelled, since it is not visible on Lidar imagery of the area (S3).
E. Ford (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 5th February 2015.
