Full Description
October 2015. Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty National Mapping Programme.
Fragmentary cropmarks of possible field boundaries and trackways are visible on aerial photographs (S1)-(S2) on Oak Hill, Hollesley, against a background of geological features.
It was not possible to be certain that these features were archaeological in origin, since there was a great deal of geological ‘noise’ in this area, and therefore they have been recorded with a note of caution.
E. Ford (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 29th October 2015.
