Full Description
During monitoring of Plot 3 of the site, three dressed pieces of limestone were recovered from the footings. These all had bowl-shaped profiles, two measuring 18 inches in diameter, with the other being larger at 21 inches. A slight indent in the base was interpreted as a fixing point. The stones have been interpreted as cappings from the upright column of a granary. (s1)
