Full Description

April-May 1999: Scatter of Medieval and Post Medieval coin scatter found during metal detecting. Scatter includes two stirling pennies of Edward I, two shortcross pennies of John or Henry II, a penny of Elizabeth I, a sixpence and penny of Charles I and a penny of Charles II. An unidentified band of gold possibly from a bracelet was also identified (S1).
