Full Description

A two storey rectangular structure, with a rendered first floor and a red facing brickwork ground floor under a pitched steel profiled sheet roof covering. Internally the ground floor is sub-divided with modern concrete blockwork walls into a ground floor hall area with WC & sitting room, with a separately accessed garage area to the rear. A modern wooden staircase leads to the first floor which forms one ‘open plan’ storage area. The historic frame with knee braces is visible in this area, but the overall form of the space is interrupted by the introduction of a modern suspended ceiling. Not listed but is in the curtilage of no. 91 High Street which is a Grade II listed building. The ground floor has been heavily altered. The building had most likely provided an ancillary nature to the function of the main host building, probably providing stabling & storage with further storage/ hay loft to the first floor (S1).
