Full Description

2017: Evaluation revealed a 16th century pit and the edge of a layer containing a few medieval sherds. Subsequent monitoring of ground works recovered a moderate quantity of medieval, late medieval and post-medieval pottery sherds, plus a small number of heavily burnt flints indicative of possible activity of prehistoric date (S1).
