Full Description
Ring ditch, recognised from aerial photographs held by the Post Office Research Centre (R1) and subsequently excavated.
Circular ditch 12.5m outside diameter, 1.1m deep on N side and 0.8m deep on S side. No burials were located but two possible post holes were found in the interior, and a further six outside the ditch. Sherds of Beaker pottery and flint tools (including arrowheads) were recovered (R2).
