Full Description
July 2017. 'Brecks from Above' and Breckland National Mapping Programme.
Possible ridges, perhaps of post medieval date and perhaps relating to ridge and furrow, cultivation ridges, or plantation ridges, are visible as earthworks on imagery from a lidar survey flown in 2015 (S1). The possibility that they are of relatively recent origin, and relate to 20th century forestry operations, cannot be discounted.
S. Tremlett (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 5th July 2017.
