Summary
An undated, small oval mound, with a small circular pit within it, is visible as an earthwork on imagery from a lidar survey flown in 2015. It is perhaps most likely to be of modern origin, but the possibility that it is an earlier feature, perhaps even a Neolithic oval barrow, cannot be entirely discounted.

July 2017. 'Brecks from Above' and Breckland National Mapping Programme.
An undated, small oval mound, with a small circular pit within it, is visible as an earthwork on imagery from a lidar survey flown in 2015 (S1). It is perhaps most likely to be of modern origin, but the possibility that it is an earlier feature cannot be entirely discounted. Its proximity to a Bronze Age round barrow (STN 005), which lies 16m to the north, could reflect a prehistoric origin, perhaps even as a Neolithic oval barrow.
