Full Description

2018: The watching brief revealed a straightforward sequence of glacial till sealed by recent deposits of ‘made-ground’ and turf. The only archaeological feature identified was a truncated timber post, probably associated with the late medieval/post-medieval cottage that formerly occupied the site of the current building. (S1)
