Four embanked pits of a possible Second World War date are seen as earthworks (before being subsequently levelled) on aerial photographs (S1-S2). The features consist of individual pits surround by banks. These features may relate to Second World War explosive craters or Second World War military training features. The features can be seen as earthworks in the 1940 (S1) and have been levelled by the 1970s (S2).
