Full Description

Small trapezoidal edge-polished flint axe. Length 9.9cm, blade 4.3cm wide, butt 2.5cm wide and 2cm thick; ground facets on sides, cutting edge has been reflaked; pale grey flint with a darker blade area.
Found by Ronald Stamp when a boy in a deep pit in the meadow S of Battlies Farm Barns (S1)
