Full Description

Roman finds noted by Hamlet Watling, including gold coin of Constantine (R1).
‘At Crowfield is a spot where the tenant has made some discoveries (inter alia a fine Constantine the Great), which Mr Watling hopes to follow up.’ (R1) This does not state that it was gold so that seems to be a copying error. (S1)

Formerly recorded as CRO MISC
