Full Description
Double-ditched square enclosure with rounded corners, on hilltop, S of Whelp Street. Visible clearly on Google Earth 7/2018. Aligned N-S, E-W. Different alignment to the general field pattern around. Not on OS1sted, in fact cut by post-med field boundaries. Northern boundary survives as a short length of a current field boundary. 130m diameter outer ditch to outer ditch. Topographic location overlooks Roman Road [MKE 008] and River Brett.
