Full Description

`The WILLIAM AND SALLY, Wilkins, of Shoreham, was driven on shore 5th instant, on Lowestoffe beach.' (1)

NB: The vessel was not wrecked on this occasion since a vessel of the same name (q.v.) is reported lost at Brighton in 1816, and a further reference states:

`The WILLIAM & SALLY, Wilkins, of Shoreham, which was driven on shore lately on Lowestoffe Beach, has been got off, and put into Yarmouth.' (3)
