Full Description

A probable Bronze Age round barrow site is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs taken in 2005. The site is centred at TL 7850 5252 and comprises a circular ring-ditch which probably defines a Bronze Age funerary monument such as a round barrow. The cinerary urns found in the early 20th Century may have been interred in the barrow (see TL 75 SE 8 / UID: 379528)
