BRIG, 1836
Status: Casualty

`One of two brigs seen on the Barnard Shoal about five miles south of
the town. A lifeboat crew was assembled and launched, but found that
the crew had abandoned the first wreck in their own boat before the
lifeboat managed to get there.' (2)
