BRITISH LUGGER, 1861
Status: Casualty

`The Lowestoft lifeboat VICTORIA was launched when this lugger was
seen in distress on the weather side of the Holm Sand. Having
already saved the crew of seven from the pilot cutter WHIM, she was
towed down by the tug POWERFUL, Capt. Porter, who saved the luggers
crew of eleven.' (2)
