Full Description
Archaeological montioring of ten trenches revealed no activity prior to the later post-medieval or modern ploughing of the site. A probable old hedge line was found to be the cause of a linear anomaly visible on aerial photographs. The investigations also revealed that the area is covered by up to 1 metre of 20th century imported made ground. (S1)
