Full Description
Probable Late Saxon to Early Medieval Strap end cast in one piece found during metal detecting. The strapend is cast in one pieces with top split with two rivets in place. Upper portion decorated with stamped ring & dot motifs, lower portion openwork with 3 open panels, seperated by bars. More details see (S1).
