Full Description

Field walking was undertaken on the proposed by-pass route. No concentrations of any kind were recovered. A wide scatter of 17th century sherds and Post Medieval brick and tile fragments. Very few Medieval and Romano British sherds totalling 5 in west and north of area, scattered. One flint flake (S1).
