Full Description

Tithe Farm (site of). House built 1630 by Rev Nathaniel Micklethwaite. E-shaped building, facing S. Demolished circa 1939 to make way for Metfield airfield. Fireplace, dated 1637, now in Withersdale Hall. Surface indications of the building still remain.
Surviving farm buildings to the N of the house site built 1878 (S1).
