Full Description

Pottery and tile scatter. Rom grey wares, a high proportion in micaceous, possibly Wattisfield fabrics, and tile fragments, including two tegulae fragments. Samian sherd. Grey wares : rim forms - plain bowl and grooves 2 (1 micaceous), bowl with thickened triangular rim 3 (3 micaceous), bowl with thickened rounded rim 2, miscellaneous everted 15 (6 high mica, 2 high sand) Stamped sherd - fabric light grey with slight mica - fragment of feather stamp and edge 2 circular stamps.
