Full Description
1983: strap ends: two, bronze, zoomorphic decoration (S1)(S2). Found with metal detector, circa 50 yards from (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s).
Enterred in West's corpus under Great Finborough (p 38) and under Buxhall (p17 & 132, fig 16)!. Why?
Copies of drawings in Buxhall parish file have ' Buxhall' and '17.6.83' written underneath.
The parishes do adjoin although the cited findspot is (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s).
