Full Description
Fieldwalking produced a pottery scatter:-
1. Angular rim grey ware C12-C13 ?), no obvious body sherds, very odd
2. Primarily grey wares (but some buff) some with external glazes (dark green). Characteristic of believed Weybread kilns (C14-C16) - 4000 grammes.
3. Red and buff wares with internal glazes, probably of Weybread manufacture (C15-C16 ?) - 275 grammes.
4. Primarily red biscuit with iron glazes internally and externally (C18-C19 ?) - 450 grammes (S2).
