Full Description

1950: One tranchet axe, one other from 'Morrells Pit'. 'Murrells Pit' was situated close to church at TL 820 708, (S1-S3).

For Neolithic and Iron finds from this pit, see WSW 141 and 007 respectively.

On Lidar it is uncertain whether the pit is the small depression near the yard or the large square depression to the North West, (S4).
