Full Description
Rom pottery, C1 & C2 types (probably related to FKM 001), found near Rectory in bomb crater.
Basil Brown states that the bomb crater was on a ridge close to the Rectory and that the pottery appeared to be of the Wattisfield type, i.e. with flanged rim and combing on the flange. He examined this on 1st November 1950 (S1).
