Barrow (R1).

Barrow revealed by ploughing in January 1939, consists of a chalk ring 3 ft wide enclosing a patch of darker soil 90 ft in diameter and about 18 ins high at the centre
The indicated area is situated on rolling arable land surrounded by woodland at some 30.0m above sea level. Nothing is now visible. Nothing visible on air photographs (S1-2)
