Cruciform brooch, Class I.
At a meeting of the SIA in Bury St Edmunds, January 1859, Mr Joseph Warren exhibited a brooch (fibula) "of the Sax period, found in Ixworth, the lower end finished to represent the head of a pike" (S1).
