Full Description

Middle Mill. Post mill, shown on Hodkinson's map of Suffolk 1783, dismantled after 1899 (S1). Large post mill with two storey round house, demolished in 1900s, round house converted into a house. Mill had four patent sails, two pairs of stones in the head and a fantail. Worked in conjunction with High Mill (SFF 009).
