Full Description
Med building debris in drainage trench seen by Basil Brown. Stratification at 2 feet depth showed remains of chalk floors, black layer and clay admixture. Pottery found from C12, C13 and later (S1).
Basil Brown gave TM 072 718 as grid reference for this site but the location on his 6" OS map is TM 0711 7177.
