Full Description
1980, 1983, 1985: Discreet scatter found in area 20 metres square: two fragments lava quern, two EMed rims, one EMed base, two EMed sherds, six 'Med" sherds, seven C13 rims, 33 C13 sherds, one late C13/C14 strap handle, one late C13/C14 rim, ten late C13/C14 sherds, one C14 rim, one C14 sherd, six C14 glazed sherds. Also one C16 base of baluster jug, one C16 green glazed sherd, six C16/C17 sherds, two C17 pipe bowls, quantity glazed PMed and one flint flake.
Situated on S edge of former Cranmer Green. Not recorded in 1577 field book (S1).
