Full Description

1986 : Scatter Med pottery over 10m square area, consisting of:- one square rim, one plain vertical rim, one rim fragment, one large strap handle fragment, one body sherd with wavy line decoration, two base fragments, twentyone body sherds. All unglazed, fairly micaceous fabric. 'Sometime with half a messuage' recorded in 1695 survey (S1). See also WLW 076.
