Two linear features, probably small ditches, aligned NE-SW, found in cleaning subsoil in area of early Roman coin hoard. The remains of the coin hoard and pot lay in the top at the edge of the easterly of the two features, which also contained handmade IA sherds. The surface of the other feature produced only IA sherds. Neither feature was excavated below the coin hoard level (S1).
These fall within an area of IA finds including pottery and a coin from nearby - see SUT 022.
