Full Description

Coin: silver denarius of Aelius Caesar (AD 137) found with a metal detector (S1).
Also bronze follis from (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)(1983) & dupondius of Vespasian (AD 69-79) from (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)(S2)..
Pottery sherds including Samian from (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)(1984). Also cast bird brooch from (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s), with traces of blue enamel found metal detecting 1988 (S2).
