Full Description

1969-1970: Med scatter located by R Colchester during fieldwalking survey, consisted of thin scatter of Early Medieval pottery. Main scatter C13-C14, including glazed sherds and one strap handle. Also a short cross penny and silver rings (S1)(S2).
A black depression on this field might explain the Tithe Map name of Burnt Field.
