Summary

April 1979: Various Rom finds reported, including a bronze duck brooch, fragment of a lead figurine head, a bronze twisted snake headed ornament, a cameo gem stone on a dark stone of a male head, somewhat reminiscent of Antoninus Pius.

Full Description

April 1979: Various Rom finds reported from area of (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s), including a bronze duck brooch, fragment of a lead figurine head, a bronze twisted snake headed ornament, a cameo gem stone on a dark stone of a male head, somewhat reminiscent of Antoninus Pius. Also other brooches and ? coins not seen. Objects seen in dealers ((see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)) shop.
March 1988: Assorted Rom coins and 4 brooch fragments from approximately (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s). Metal detector finds (S1).
October 1988: Late Rom bronze coin reported, small Ae3 or large Ae4 of Theodora, PIETAS (Romana) ? Trier mint. Found with metal detector by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) (S2).
