Full Description

1975: Fieldwalking by Mildenhall Archaeological Society located small concentration of 7 Neo or BA potsherds in NW corner of `100 Acre field' (S1). Also general scatter of Mes, Neo & BA flints and 10 sherds BA pottery, including one with twisted cord decoration, from all over field surface (S2). Note Neo (?) flint scatter, MNL 169, in same field.
Also map marked in 1975/6 by Jack King with `Neo pot, flakes, s(pear)head, h(ammer) stone' (S3).
