Full Description

A "bronze celt" from Wissett is recorded as exhibited to the Archaeological Institute at Norwich by the Reverend Samuel Blois Turner 1847 ... "of which there is now no trace".
This is also referred to in the VCH, Suffolk, volume 1 page 277 where the above reference (R1) is wrongly quoted (S1).
