Summary

The site of World War Two earthen-covered public air raid shelters may be visible on aerial photographs, however the evidence in not conclusive and may relate to surface mounds of material. Two smaller earthen-covered shelters are also included within this site.

The site of World War Two earthen-covered public air raid shelters may be visible on aerial photographs (S1), however the evidence in not conclusive and may relate to surface mounds of material. Two smaller earthen-covered shelters are also included within this site.
