Full Description

March 2014. Lothingland, Lowestoft and North Suffolk Coast and Heaths National Mapping Programme.
Cropmarks of undated ditches are visible on aerial photographs (S1-S4) on land to the north of Halesworth Road, Reydon. It is possible that they represent fragments of field boundary ditches, along with a possible triple-ditched feature which may represent a trackway or other boundary. The features are showing differently on each of the aerial photographs, and a soilmark on the field to the west which was not mapped as it is broad and very blurred and only visible on one set of photographs (S5) may also represent an archaeological feature.
E. Ford (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 27th March 2014.
