Full Description
May 2014. Lothingland, Lowestoft and North Suffolk Coast and Heaths National Mapping Programme.
Cropmarks of undated linear ditches are visible on aerial photographs (S1-S3) on land to the south of London Road, Wrentham. It is possible that they are a continuation of the field system identified to the west (SHER FOS 004), although they may represent post medieval to modern field boundaries and footpaths. A footpath depicted on the Ordnance Survey 1st edition map (S4) is visible on the later photography (S3) on a slightly different orientation to the mapped features.
E. Ford (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 6th May 2014.
